Challenges Of Retired Life
Retirement as we 'traditionally' understand - working for most of one's life and thereafter leading a relaxed life sitting in a rocking chair and watching TV - is a passe. In future, retirement is going to be completely different from those of our parents/grandparents.
The change from hectic work & social life, regular incomes and purposeful living, has never been easy to accept and adjust to. The future, however, looks even more daunting and challenging. The word 'retirement' brings in a sense of fear and apprehension. What are the new developments and the challenges they throw-up? And how do we go about meeting those challenges?
